OSHA requires Powered Industrial Truck operators, aka Forklift Operators, to be certified and re-certified every three years, or as often as needed based on certain criteria.

We’ll come to your site, use your forklift to certify you or your employees and, if needed, help you implement a customized Forklift Policy for your business.

Blended Training

Our certification process is well thought out and designed to provide Certified Operator Students with the most up to date, time and cost efficient, quality hands on and CBT training available today.

Student will be provided with a link to complete a 2 minute online Q & A Computer Based Training (CBT) session prior to scheduling the onsite hands on portion of training.

The hands on portion will take the student through the fundamentals of safe operation and maintenance. While demonstrating their operator skills and safety criteria.

Upon completion students will receive their Certified Operator card- good for 3 years.

Standards

Powered industrial trucks are addressed in specific standards for the general industry, construction, marine terminals, and long-shoring.

State Standards

There are twenty-eight OSHA-approved State Plans, operating state-wide occupational safety and health programs. State Plans are required to have standards and enforcement programs that are at least as effective as OSHA’s and may have different or more stringent requirements.
